Rukia's got her hands a little full though, what with the bag from Mira as well as the bag with her shinigami uniform in it. She goes up to her door and hurriedly tries to unlock it, but in the process she drops the bag with her uniform. She lets out a small gasp and bends down to gather it back up -- but as she does that, she also drops the bag with the tea and cookies inside.
Thankfully none of the latter spills out since the cloth bag's been tied up nicely, but sorry Hubert, your neighbor's a little clumsy. ]
